New Members Day is an opportunity to have a go, view the facilities, find out about classes and secure a space in a class of your choice. It is not a normal gym class but many of the activities that you will experince are ones that you will do again in a normal class.
Thirty-minute sessions run through the day and a booking is essential to participate.
When you book a space on New Members Day, a class of your choice is reserved. This is the best way to guarantee a place in classes that will commence in the coming school term. When you attend new Members Day you can secure your spot by enrolling.
If you do not enroll your space will be made available to another person on the waiting list.
