MEMBERSHIP FEE
All new members pay a $35 membership fee per year.
PARENT/CHILD (Ages 2-3)
Using a combination of group and parent/child activities, the staff introduce you and your child to a range of child appropriate games and skills. The gymnasium is structured to give your child an opportunity to play, climb, roll, stumble and fall in a safe environment.

KINDY (Ages 4-5)
A unique blend of gymnastics, dance and fine motor skills. The class begins with a group activity (warm-up game, dance or song). Then, depending on numbers, participants break into groups (12 per instructor) to work on specific physical exercises and activities. Participants develop confidence and coordination on the trampoline, bars, balance beams, gymnastic floor, climbing walls, and use a wide range of hand apparatus. To finish off, all groups come together for another activity to celebrate the end of class.

The preschool program builds on the skill base in preparation for the after school STEP program.

STEP Program (School Aged)
Boys & Girls combined
The STEP Program is exclusive to Olympic Fun & Fitness. With 6 steps from beginner to intermediate fitness, the class is loads of FUN and great for developing children's physical abilities! STEP integrates low-level gymnastic movements with essential hand apparatus (balls, hoops, ropes, bean bags etc.), running skills and physical preparation (flexibility, strength, endurance, power and aerobic fitness). Each participant is individually graded and receives independent progress reports.

RECREATIONAL Gymnastics (Intermediate - Advanced) Girls & Boys
This program allows young teens to take their gymnastics further in a fun, friendly and social way. Classes cover all gymnastic apparatus including vault, bars, beam, floor (for women) and floor, pommels, rings, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar and trampoline skills. Regular recreational events and displays are held throughout the year.

DEVELOPMENT GYMNASTICS
Womens
Selected participants from our various programs are invited to pursue gymnastics further. Students attend two classes a week. The classes cover all essential basics in greater detail and focus on specific gymnastics exercises to prepare then for higher-level gymnastic skills.
